The regional sake lineup is equally thoughtful, pouring Fukui labels such as Kokuryu's Ginjo Icchorai, Daiginjo, and Junmai Ginjo, alongside Born Tsuya, Hakugakusen, and Ippongi by the glass or in 4-go bottles. For those who want to compare profiles, the tasting flight offers 3 choices selected by the okami (landlady).
